Sexual Running lifts mood Fights Depression

Using sexual running to battle depression to lift low mood - to prevent depressive periods. Walking, cycling in different sexual ways is good too

Fighting Low Mood with some sexual running is powerful as it has three fantastic ingredients that help us feel positive:

  • running - exercise is proven to boost low mood – as effective as medication (in some cases)
  • outdoors – boosts testosterone and helps seasonal affective disorder
  • and a touch of this....

It was filming a video for BroTime: about using our masturbation times to change our emotions, when I realised the 3rd ingredient was powerful.. In the video I explained how - if stressed we can:

have a nice play with our penis, but not ejaculate too quickly, instead we make the effort to extend our play time in a sensuous way. This begins to calm our mind and focus awareness upon our body. Before we know it our mind is so engrossed – lost in our body, that we actually want to extend the sexual bliss. Sometimes perhaps we may stay with sensuousness – but other times let it evolve into raw passionate sex with ourself. But one thing's for sure - by the end of this - our emotions are so different to when we began.

Sexual running is using the essence of the above – not for a sexual session, just tapping into a little bit of our sexual self – some examples of how we can bring a touch of sexualness into our runs, cycles or walks:

  • pulling our shorts down for a few seconds (if in a private area) and enjoying our penis swinging around
  • running all out naked (something I plan to do soon)
  • wearing some sexual underwear
  • wearing compression tights or lycra - for the added penis/testicle sensation
  • an ice cube in the above
  • ice pack in strategic places
  • using your favourite sex accessory (possibly!)
  • do your penis workout - if familiar with this principle at erectiondr.com
  • if uncut – pulling foreskin back for increased sensation
  • A touch of bondage - tying our penis up to our body, as the Romans did! - (I'll explain more about this in another post - if you're interested comment below to let me know
  • formulate an exercise fantasy for the mind
  • mindfulness - a focus upon nothing but your penis - at any given point - what's it touching, feeling, is it smaller your normal or is it starting to swell. When running fast and hard - my penis shrivels! When running slower - gets longer and bigger. When I run with a sexual mindfulness it begins to swell and give me a semi erection. 

All the above begins to develop a great mind/body connection that means we can in time focus more and more upon our sexual selves.

However it is not all about the sex – this is just one ingredient – it is also about the exercise and being outdoors. The benefits of these are powerful and proven in many studies. Depression Talk is Harder than showing penis in Naked Videos

I've just written on my blog about depression and self sex. It was the hardest thing to do. harder than showing myself masturbating (which took a lot for me to show)

So difficult that I thought perhaps I should talk about this - as I am always advocating that we should talk more about our erection problems - as it helps us overcome them. Yet when it comes to mental health I have until now been unable to go there. 

To even admit to my depressive periods has been so difficult and is probably as far as I can go at the moment, but perhaps this may be the start of being able to write more about mental health, it perhaps can be as taboo for some of us to admit to, as erection problems are.

How I plan to write about this is to see if I can use (fulfilling) self sex, masturbation - to help lift me out of my dark times. The details are here - there's no point in me repeating anything here, but what I do want to say here is that I hope this will also be the start of me being able to share my own struggles with you, not because I feel a need, but in my capacity as erectionDr.com - a sense of duty if that doesn't sound sanctimonious -  I hope not as depression is so horrible that I genuinely would feel humbled if I thought this could help anyone, as we all know depression is serious.  

Many of you will not be interested in this - as the older I get the more I realise that not everyone gets depressed. Here I do not use the word lightly - we can all get down, but I am talking about depression.  For anyone reading this who also suffers with it - I need not explain any more, as you will totally understand the difference. If you don't really understand what I am talking about here - then that is absolutely brilliant, but if you do, I will aim to write more if it helps you. The only way I'll know though is from comments, but then perhaps people that suffer with depression may be less likely to comment? That, no one knows and maybe an over generalisation,  perhaps the amount of views this gets may be an indicator. Why am I talking about views and comments - because 

.... I am only going to do this if I think it can help someone out there. If not it is easier for me to carry on just as before without sharing or boring anyone.  I have said what what was on my mind and I'll leave you with the thought that:

 Isn't it mad that I can get my dick out - even climax for the world to see, (though this has taken some years to feel ok about) - but have so far been unable to talk about my depression?

A Stronger Bulbospongiosus for Urine stream and Ejaculation

I've strengthened this muscle to help improve my erection quality - which has worked. It has also increased my urine stream quite considerably - but has not made a great deal of difference to ejaculation. Some men however do report a big increase, which is why I've included it here as a possible benefit. When I purposely contract the muscle at the right point - I do see an improvement. There are a few reasons why I may not get this all the time and when I have the results of my study I'll update this!

But strengthening this muscle in the pelvic floor will also give you a thicker penis and bigger glans - due to the extra blood being pumped in by a stronger muscle.

The bulbospongiosus muscle not only pumps blood into the penis - and the cock head, but also contracts when we ejaculate to shoot the semen out of our penis.



So before you embark upon strengthening this muscle, with the goal of shooting further, do keep this in mind....

 ...sometimes there are other factors involved and simply strengthening this muscle may not be enough on its own to shoot cum out further. I know this because I have never shot very far!

.. I Keep strengthening this muscle, with all my other pelvic floor muscles, and whilst urine stream is stronger - my semen shooting abilities still aren't that great! 

However for me a combination of things helps - so if I really want to I can sometimes manage to shoot just that bit further. I do know some guys that just strengthen this muscle alone and that's enough - you may be one of the lucky ones.

Penis Erects - Foreskin retracts – Glans reveal, short Video

...my foreskin it didn't always use to be this way – it was really tight and it took some work to get this to happen, but very enjoyable work it was!

When  a teenager, some gentle manipulation eventually revealed the glans. I did have a scary moment - one time I got the foreskin right back, but there it stayed - partly because how the skin had folded and couldn't manipulate it back over the corona. Masturbation Techniques

Here's a few basic masturbation techniques - for stimulating our penis to ejaculate or to simply feel good for a few moments. Different parts of the penis - with different feelings for different emotions.! You probably do a few of them already, but have you ever analysed what you do and when?

Do Guys Need To Masturbate? | Is it 2nd place to sex with a partner?

Hopefully you never feel guilt when masturbating, or after because we are made to do this...
