Sexual Running lifts mood Fights Depression

Using sexual running to battle depression to lift low mood - to prevent depressive periods. Walking, cycling in different sexual ways is good too

Fighting Low Mood with some sexual running is powerful as it has three fantastic ingredients that help us feel positive:

  • running - exercise is proven to boost low mood – as effective as medication (in some cases)
  • outdoors – boosts testosterone and helps seasonal affective disorder
  • and a touch of this....

It was filming a video for BroTime: about using our masturbation times to change our emotions, when I realised the 3rd ingredient was powerful.. In the video I explained how - if stressed we can:

have a nice play with our penis, but not ejaculate too quickly, instead we make the effort to extend our play time in a sensuous way. This begins to calm our mind and focus awareness upon our body. Before we know it our mind is so engrossed – lost in our body, that we actually want to extend the sexual bliss. Sometimes perhaps we may stay with sensuousness – but other times let it evolve into raw passionate sex with ourself. But one thing's for sure - by the end of this - our emotions are so different to when we began.

Sexual running is using the essence of the above – not for a sexual session, just tapping into a little bit of our sexual self – some examples of how we can bring a touch of sexualness into our runs, cycles or walks:

  • pulling our shorts down for a few seconds (if in a private area) and enjoying our penis swinging around
  • running all out naked (something I plan to do soon)
  • wearing some sexual underwear
  • wearing compression tights or lycra - for the added penis/testicle sensation
  • an ice cube in the above
  • ice pack in strategic places
  • using your favourite sex accessory (possibly!)
  • do your penis workout - if familiar with this principle at erectiondr.com
  • if uncut – pulling foreskin back for increased sensation
  • A touch of bondage - tying our penis up to our body, as the Romans did! - (I'll explain more about this in another post - if you're interested comment below to let me know
  • formulate an exercise fantasy for the mind
  • mindfulness - a focus upon nothing but your penis - at any given point - what's it touching, feeling, is it smaller your normal or is it starting to swell. When running fast and hard - my penis shrivels! When running slower - gets longer and bigger. When I run with a sexual mindfulness it begins to swell and give me a semi erection. 

All the above begins to develop a great mind/body connection that means we can in time focus more and more upon our sexual selves.

However it is not all about the sex – this is just one ingredient – it is also about the exercise and being outdoors. The benefits of these are powerful and proven in many studies.
